Khashman will share his thoughts and perspective on cybersecurity in radiology
Charlotte, NC – Sam Khashman, President and Chief Executive Officer at ImagineSoftware, the leading provider of medical billing software that empowers providers to maximize efficiency, will speak in an interactive session at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) 2017 Annual Meeting in Chicago on November 28, 2017. The session will focus on the current state of cyberthreats in radiology, sharing insights to better understand and minimize cyber risks in imaging through improved security, innovative technology, and training.
Mr. Khashman will draw from his experience working on the board of the National Chamber Foundation, the public policy think tank of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C., as well as InfraGard Nations Capital Members Alliance, Inc., to explore security challenges the medical imaging community is facing, the value of patient records, effects of a breach, how healthcare organizations can defend against attacks, and what the future will likely bring.
Held in Chicago each year, RSNA hosts the world’s premier radiology forum, drawing approximately 55,000 attendees annually to McCormick Place.
