Michael J. Hershman is President and CEO of The Fairfax Group, mitigating sensitive and complex investigative, security and crises management issues with reach in more than 90 countries. Prior to founding the Fairfax Group, Hershman served as Deputy Auditor General for the Foreign Assistance Program of the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID) and was awarded the Superior Honor Medal for his service. Hershman has served Interpol as a member of the International Group of Experts on Corruption and sat on the board of the International Anti-Corruption Conference Committee. He is a member of the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and a member of the board of directors and the executive committee of the Center for International Private Enterprise.

Greg Lebedev serves as Vice Chairman of the publicly-funded Center for International Private Enterprise. He is a Senior Advisor to a number of institutions – to the President and CEO of the US Chamber of Commerce, the Robertson Foundation for Government and the Potomac Research Group LLC. Lebedev previously served as President and CEO of the American Chemistry Council (ACC), Senior Vice President and CFO and acting-CEO of the American Trucking Associations, as well as a senior partner of The Hay Group. He also held a number of senior governmental assignments, appointed by President Gerald Ford to the State Department post of Assistant Inspector General of Foreign Assistance/Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, and serving in the Bureau for Security and Consular Affairs. Prior to his State Department tour, he was Deputy Special Assistant to the President of the United States at the White House.

Richard M. Lagani is executive vice president at MMRGlobal with over 22 years of industry experience in insurance, legal and financial services. Prior to joining MMRGlobal's management team to oversee international sales operations, he spent more than 14 years with Chartis, most recently as senior vice president and chief operating officer of product development, and currently manages MMRGlobal's domestic and international Chartis relationship.  He is currently a member of a special committee formed by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to develop better ways for the intelligence committee to communicate with financial institutions and holds degrees from New York University and Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Philip H. Stern is a senior managing director in the FTI Consulting’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice based in New York, and has 40 years of private sector consulting and federal, state and city government experience in corporate and banking fraud, computer fraud, litigation consulting, and crisis management. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2000, he served as senior managing director and counsel at Decision Strategies/Fairfax International (DSFX), an international private investigation and security consulting company. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, International Association of Independent Private Sector Inspector Generals, NYSBA Health Law Section, NYSBA Commercial &Federal Litigation Section, and the ABA Health Law Section.

E.J. ("Ned") Holland, Jr. most recently served as the Assistant Secretary for Administration at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), a position he held from 2009 to 2015. In that role, he was responsible for the leadership and management of approximately 3,800 Federal employees and contractors and operating 12 separate budgets totaling almost $1.4B. Prior to joining the Administration, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Embarq Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Holland managed employee and labor relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee experience, corporate security, internal and external communications, the Intranet and Multimedia Communications Center and the events management team. Previously, he was the Vice President for Compensation, Benefits, Labor and Employee Relations for Sprint, Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary for Payless Cashways, Inc., and managing partner and co-chairman of the health law practice group of the Kansas City law firm of Spencer Fane Britt &Browne. Mr. Holland received a B.A. from Rockhurst College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. Now retired, he serves on the boards of TPI Inc., and the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation, and does volunteer work for, among others, the Fairfax County Public Schools and the Partnership for Public Service. He and his wife, Bridget, have two daughters attending Fairfax County Public Schools.

Sam Khashman founded Technology Partners, Inc. (dba ImagineSoftware) in 2000 and has an extensive background in systems integration, process efficiency, and imaging systems with more than 18 years of experience in executive leadership. He has spent his career implementing and developing national and international markets for various business software solutions, and is recognized in radiology for combining complex processes into single system solutions. Khashman is also involved in numerous civic organizations and currently serves on the board of the National Chamber Foundation, the public policy think tank of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C. and the advisory board of InfraGard Nations Capital Members Alliance, Inc.
