The IT-A 2.0 support portal was developed and built internally by ImagineSoftware engineers as a web-based help desk for clients, providing a centralized environment to manage and analyze customer requests, track new product ideas, and to communicate suggestions for improvement. The new IT-A 2.0 features a variety of upgrades, including more efficient work tools with user-friendly design; easy accessibility to data for tracking purposes; and new export options available to view support requests. The system is compatible with Internet Explorer Version 8 or higher.
