Education

BS/BA in Computer/IT related degree with a minimum of 2+ years of IT experience or AS Degree in a related Computer/IT degree with a minimum of 5+ years of IT experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate-to-Mastery level knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic-to-Intermediate level knowledge of SQL, database environments, and code trouble-shooting preferred
  • Highly motivated to grasp complex software and learn technical material quickly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Complete an internal certification course to demonstrate mastery of the various billing applications our company provides

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to assigned accounts via phone and e-mail
  • Work in an on-line ticket queue to monitor and resolve account issues
  • Work in account-systems to review data at both the application level and the data-level to trouble-shoot issues
  • Provide timely completion of secondary documentation material.
  • Test new databases and application software prior to release
  • Provide end user training

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel required 25-50% of the time
